Position Overview:

The Marketing & Sales position is a key member of the leadership team responsible for building awareness, driving occupancy, and representing the community in a manner that reflects our core values. This individual generates leads, nurtures relationships, and guides prospective residents and families through the decision-making process, all while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Occupancy Development

  • Achieve and maintain occupancy goals through proactive outreach and lead management.
  • Conduct tours, coordinate pre-assessments for prospects with RN, and follow-ups with prospective residents and families.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-up with all inquiries and referrals.
  • Develop strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, rehab centers, and case managers.

2. Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns that promote the community and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee digital and print advertising strategies to reach target demographics.
  • Represent the community at senior fairs, networking events, and civic functions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing on larger campaigns and strategies.

3. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Participate as a core member of the leadership team to align marketing and occupancy goals with operational readiness.
  • Report weekly on pipeline, referral sources, and projected move-ins.
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and department heads to ensure the community is prepared to receive new residents.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.

4. Customer Experience & Conversion

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects from inquiry through move-in.
  • Build trust with prospective residents and their families through education, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all materials, communications, and interactions reflect the community’s brand and values.
  • Provide post-move-in follow-up to ensure satisfaction and support retention.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: CRM proficiency, event planning, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
