Payroll Analyst

ADP/ Oracle Payroll

Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Up to $90,000

JGA Recruitment have partnered with a mission-driven organization is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to lead full-cycle payroll operations at its Austin headquarters. Key Responsibilities:

• Process biweekly payroll via ADP Vantage
• Audit and reconcile time, imports, registers, and employee changes
• Manage garnishments, levies, and child support
• Handle manual checks, Positive Pay, voids, and adjustments
• Prepare ad hoc and scheduled payroll/cash-flow reports
• Support system testing, upgrades, and special payments (bonuses, retro, terminations, etc.)
• Maintain SOPs and strengthen internal controls
• Partner closely with the Payroll Director and internal teams

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Multi-state payroll & garnishment expertise
• Proficient in ADP systems and Excel
• Associate’s degree required; FPC/CPP preferred

The role is based out of their Austin office, on a hybrid working schedule and paying up to $90,000.
