Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Certified Home Health Agency located in Queens, NY. We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Director – Registered Nurse who is a strong leader. Qualified candidates will have prior Certified Home Healthcare Agency (CHHA) RN experience including Coordinator of Care, Patient Service Manager or Clinical Manager. They will be experienced with the Documentation, Rules and Regulations for the Certified Home Health Agency and the NYS DOH.
RN Clinical Director - Registered Nurse
• Interprets and implements the Agency's philosophy to staff and members of the community.
• Oversee, coordinate care and direct assigned staff to assess patient and family needs, develop plans of care and provide necessary services to families using multidisciplinary services.
• Assists in identifying the needs of other services and coordinating evaluations and care (e.g., physician social workers, therapists, etc.) and provides administrative supervision of these support services.
• Lead the assigned staff in setting priorities and in the development of plans of care and health promotion plans inclusive of preventive, therapeutic and restorative care services to individuals and families, based upon immediate and long-term goals.
Position Qualifications:
• NYS RN License
• 3 years of Certified Home Healthcare Agency Experience such as Coordinator of Care, Patient Service Manager or Clinical Manager,
Position Requirements:
• Experience and Knowledge of CMS/DOH Home Health Rules and Regulations
• Experience and Knowledge of Home Health Policies and Regulations
• Nurse Manager Experience Required
• Strong Clinical Skills
• Experience in coordination of care, doctors' orders/485s and Clinical Documentation for CHHA required
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus
• Team player.
Competitive Salary $150,000-160,000 & Excellent Benefits!
