Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near New Orleans, LA for the current school year. This onsite-only role supports a K–12 caseload and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and social success.

Position Details:

• Location: Near New Orleans, LA
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite only
• Pay: $40+ per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Support inclusive learning by implementing effective therapy strategies

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Louisiana
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
